The school, with the collaboration of Elior Ristorazione, has set up a food education program for children in pre-school, primary and secondary school. For the pre-school, the laboratory has provided playful-educational activities to approach those foods, such as vegetables, which are as difficult as they are healthy. The elementary school has instead participated in a series of educational activities aimed at making people understand the importance of breakfast as the first meal of the day. Middle school, on the other hand, dealt with etiquette and good manners.
